How it works

Every drying system is engineered around the material it processes, its moisture content, particle size, heat sensitivity and required throughput.

Moisture content, particle size, heat sensitivity and throughput are assessed to determine which dryer type fits the process.

Dryer selection

Paddle, fluid bed, drum, rotary, flash, steam tube or spray dryers are selected based on the material and the process it feeds into.

The dryer is sized to the required throughput and integrated with the upstream and downstream process equipment.
