Pre-treatment
In pre-treatment, we focus on processes designed to significantly reduce the pollution levels in feed wastewater. This is especially important when handling industrial sewage, where directly treating the wastewater to remove all pollutants can be inefficient and costly. To address this, we implement a pre-treatment stage that effectively eliminates contaminants, lowering the operational costs of subsequent treatment units.
Our pre-treatment designs incorporate chemical, physical, and biological methods, including:
Minimum Liquid Discharge (MLD)
techniques utilizing Conventional Reverse Osmosis (RO), Closed Circuit Reverse Osmosis (CCRO), and High-Efficiency Reverse Osmosis (HERO).
Filtration technologies
such as Ultrafiltration (UF) and Nano-Filtration (NF), employing advanced systems like ceramic membranes, hollow fiber membranes, tubular membranes, and Membrane Bioreactors (MBR).
