About

Vibratory Fluid Bed Dryer

Glorinda’s Vibratory Fluid Bed Dryer combines mechanical vibration with fluidized bed drying technology. It is suitable for drying wet powders, crystals, granules, pellets, flakes, and even sticky materials. A cooling section can also be added to bring the product to the desired temperature.

Each Glorinda dryer is tailored to the customer’s specific needs, including target moisture content, temperature limits, and control of volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions. Our innovative designs move beyond traditional methods, allowing effective drying at lower temperatures—ideal for heat-sensitive materials.

About

How It works

This is a direct heating system. Heated air is pushed up from below through a dispersion plate, lifting the raw material into a suspended state known as a fluidized bed. The material enters from one side and moves gently across the bed, drying as it passes through. It is then discharged from the other side.
Heating elements powered by steam or other media can be added to reduce the amount of hot air needed.
